The girls will be playing Southwest in the Bi-District round. The first game is set for this Friday at the SAISD Spring Sports Complex. The game starts at 7 PM. Boys Varsity Golf Team won first place at the District Golf tournament on Wed/Thursday. Jacob Longoria won an individual 3rd. The team advances to the Regional tournament on April 15-16. The top 3 teams from that tournament will advance to State. Girls Varsity received 5th place at the District tourn last Mon/Tuesday. Sasha Pheonix advances on to the Regional tournament on April 17-18 as an individual medalist.

Congratulations to the Boys Varsity Soccer Team! They beat Clark Friday and currently have a record of 9-2-2. That puts them FIRST in District play.
The varsity softball team won their games against Stevens and Taft this week! They are currently 3-1 in district play. Next game is against Clark on March 5th at 5:00 pm.
BHS Varisty Golf won second place at Fri/Sat Alsatian Tournament hosted by Clark HS 3.2.13
The boys tied against O’Connor 1-1. Won against Stevens 4-1. Currently with 7-2-2 ; Second in District, right behind Clark.
The boys beat the Porter Cowboys this past Friday, 72-61 and moved on in the playoffs to face Steele on Saturday. In the game against Steele the Broncos lost 67-71. Player of the game vs. Porter #30 – Matt Kallead with 20 points Player of the game vs. Steele #14 – Larry Stephens with 19 points (5 of 7 from 3 point range) Congratulations Bronco – great year, great season!
Congratulations to the Boys Varsity Basketball team. They came back from being down at half time to win tonight over Judson 60-53. The next game will be against either Rowe or Porter and will be played at the UTPA Fieldhouse in Edinburg March 1st.
The next game for the boys will be againt Judson. The game will be at UTSA at 7 PM, gates open at 6PM. Tickets will be $6 for adults and $3 for students. Brandeis carries their 32-3 overall and 14-2 district record into the contest with Judson’s record at 29-7 overall and 8-2 in their district play.
BBABC Golf Tourney This year’s BBABC Golf Tournament will again be held at Silverhorn Golf Club. The date is April 27th. This is a Saturday. Registration will begin at 7AM – tee off will be shotgun format and begin at 8 AM. Green fees are $85 at registration or $80 for pre-registration via PayPal. Our Brandeis basketball team scored 64 points in their win over the Reagan Rattlers, holding Reagan to 58. Our Broncos have a record of 32-3 record. Congratulations to #15 Justin Graham for being selected as the Player of the Game. Justin had 16 points and 6 assists vs. Reagan.
The next game for the Varsity Basketball team will be this Thursday 7PM at Paul Talyor Field House. The game will be against Reagan High School. The softball team won their first district game against Warren last week and had a great showing at the Brenham tournament they went to this weekend, winning 5 out of 6 games they played.
